Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Geographic Restriction: Currently available only to residents of India
• Valid Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Single Account: One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Minors & Parental Consent

• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Parents/guardians are responsible for all activities under minor’s account
• We may require verification of parental consent
• Parents/guardians are liable for all charges incurred by minors

Stock & Fulfillment

• All orders subject to stock availability at time of processing
• Out-of-stock items will be refunded or backordered with your consent

• Force majeure events may affect availability and delivery

• All Inclusive Pricing: Displayed prices include all taxes and fees
• GST: 12% GST on books is included in displayed price
• Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹499; ₹49 below that
• COD Fee: ₹25 additional charge for Cash on Delivery
• Currency: All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Price Changes: Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders honor original price

Delivery Requirements

• Complete Address: You must provide complete, accurate delivery address

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times

• Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is complete when package is handed over to recipient
• Undelivered Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability will incur reshipping charges

7-Day Return Policy: You may return books within 7 days of delivery for any reason.

Refund Processing

• Refund Amount: Full purchase price of returned books (shipping charges not refunded unless item was defective)
• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
• Refund Method: Same payment method used for original purchase
• Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days for bank processing (varies by bank)
• Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not in original condition

Exchange Policy

• Direct Exchanges: Available for same-priced items in stock
• Price Differences: You pay additional for higher-priced items or receive credit for lower-priced
• Processing: New item ships when we receive return authorization

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Activities That Will Result in Account Termination

• Account Termination: Permanent termination for serious violations
• Order Cancellation: We may cancel orders associated with violations
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies
