Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes! You can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order. Call us at +91-9990115559 or email shipping@bookszest.com with your order number and new address details.
What if I’m not available during delivery?
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. We’ll also try to deliver to your building security or leave it with a trusted neighbor (with your permission). You can also pick up from the local courier office.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Additional charges of ₹149 apply.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package on our website, courier partner’s website, or call our helpline for updates.
What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at +91-9990115559. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and arrange return pickup of the damaged item. All our shipments are insured.
Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?
We recommend providing a physical address for faster delivery. However, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes through India Post in locations where it’s the primary delivery option. Please call us to confirm availability for your area.
